"talk is cheap" and "easier said than done" both mean that doing something is harder than saying you will do it

to fall off the wagon: to relapse, to backslide, to start a bad habit again

goose bumps: bumps that appear on our skin when we are either cold or nervous

demeanor: outward manner, appearance

to be grilled: to be asked difficult questions repeatedly

butt: 1) the end of something, 2) abbreviation for buttocks (medical word for the more crude "ass")

refrain: stop

to be rattled: to be disturbed, to become agitated

cold turkey: to quit an addiction completely at one time, to simply and 100 percent stop doing something

....

binge drinking: to drink excessive amounts at one time, often in a short time

double whammy: a combination of two usually adverse forces, circumstances, or effects

coined: when a new word is made it is coined. EX: Young people recently coined the word drunkorexia for drinking at night without eating

vehi'cular accidents: accidents that involve ve'hicles like cars
